Besides radio talk show, Curtis "Liz Cheney" has no managerial experience. He founded Guardian Angels in 1979. But I don't recall seeing Guardian Angels guarding NYC Subway. Crime rates were low when GOP Rudy Giuliani and ex-GOP Michael Bloomberg were NYC Mayors. This means Guardian Angels is not a factor on crime prevention.
