I believe the message on the board was made as Epstein was explaining to someone how he was going to blackmail them. He started his discussion around money and power, specifically, financial, physical, intellectual and political power. He then told his victim that the way people maintain this power is through deception, with "mirror in face" being related to deception somehow. He then described plants- people planted in certain industries by those in power, and how the truth about being a plant is it is a reality hack. Then he moves on to music, CIA or Mossad/ government control in music and it's effect on the brain. Then he made a point about either- the Ayin of Menorah, the Axiom of Maria or the Axiom of the mind. This, he tied into a view he has on the world or psychology, or "dark brain". I think the time- De / with 2 semi circles underneath is some kind of equation or theory of his about time, reality or both. Likely added to make him seem smart.
