source appears to be interlaced frames, badly. which makes it longer length
most likely 12-20 fps originally interpolated to 25 frames then incorrectly down sampled to 23.987 frames...
wonder if there is a ffmpeg tool to remove duplicate frames
further, 5-10 seconds of the intro and outro are faded out (as seen by archive)
my recordings are not meant for preservation they are all 30fps to satisfy youtube viewing.
