I tell you glute exercises are my favorite! Not just because creating a nice booty! But having strong glutes, seriously, fixes just about everything. It's a global stabilizer. Which means these two hunks of meat have a big job! They need to be trained regularly. So many exercises out there to help do this. This is just one of many. Make sure you have a hip pad if you are going to use a barbell. There are many options available if a barbell is not available.
