Blind Spots Are Dangerous

As managers and leaders we need to be aware of our blind spots. We need to seek out other people, different opinions, and thinking than our own.
If we get upset when we hear different points of view, then that is a clue that you might have a blind spot in that area.
Don't listen to check the box or to respond. Listen to understand their point of view. Then make the decision.
