Here is a great movement for more of a challenge. Single leg BW hip thrust. This is great when you don't have any weights because you may be traveling or just for something different. Lots of glutes and lots of core. If this bothers you somehow. Stop and do both legs and/or reach out to me for a technique assessment. This can be done in-person or video.
