Operation to lift a fallen tusker

An elephant was receiving veterinary treatment in the Abanpola area of Sri Lanka. The elephant was having difficulty

walking. The elephant had fallen into a reservoir the other day. Wildlife officials who acted immediately were able to save the elephant. It was a very risky operation.
