After having my second baby, I realized I needed to slow down and give myself real space to heal. The first time around, I kinda pushed through—but this time, I focused on rest, and giving myself grace. In this video, I’m sharing what made the difference for me, how I felt emotionally and physically, and why I’m so glad I approached postpartum differently this time.
