Conveniently, there commitments at the NATO summit and Jill Biden's events, and the Secret Service deployed a "skeleton crew" to the Butler rally, replacing some agents with unqualified HSI personnel.

Testimony indicates HSI agents filled in for Secret Service on the day of the shooting; if Crooks had exhibited suspicious behavior at the range (e.g., targeting images of Donald Trump), it could have been handled internally by DHS.

CNN, which rarely EVER covers Trump rallies, attended this one, drawing parallels to their presence at Roger Stone's arrest, suggesting possible foreknowledge of the Assassination!
