Pinal County Attorney, Lawmakers, Experts to Discuss Arizona’s
Newly Funded Sex Offender Management Board

PHOENIX, ARIZONA— Members of the media are invited to join Senator Shawnna
Bolick, President Warren Petersen, and Pinal County Attorney Brad Miller at a press
conference Tuesday to highlight Arizona’s Sex Offender Management Board, established
in 2024 through SB1630 and funded this year through SB1660 in the recently adopted state budget. This new board is responsible for creating statewide standards and guidelines for the supervision and treatment of sex offenders as well as making legislative recommendations to lawmakers.
Additional speakers include Beth Goulden with the Pinal County Attorney’s Office and forensic psychologist Dr. Brecken Blades.
Speakers will take questions relevant to the new law at the conclusion of their remarks.
