HIIT with Weights and Strength Finisher | 20 Minutes

This 20-minute high intensity interval-style workout only requires a mat, a couple weights (I am using a 25 lb and 10 lb), and a good cattitude!! We will move through 4 actions for 2 rounds and finish with a pyramid toggling back and forth from an upper body strength challenge to a lower body cardio challenge. I recommend wearing training shoes for this workout especially if you are planning to do the jumping, though all jumps have low impact modifiers.
