Dan the Produce Man’s Healthy Baked Potato Fix

We recorded this at Dan’s Fresh Produce, back in April 2018, but never posted it because I was not satisfied with the audio: church bells ringing from across the street; shopping carts clanking; noise from the fish department; and people talking and laughing in the background. It made the whole thing hard to listen to.

But thanks to today’s AI technology, I’ve been able to clean it up quite a bit and make it more listenable. And since it’s National Potato Day, I thought this was the perfect time to share it.

Here it is: an alternative to loading your baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and bacon—some healthier options that still taste great.
