Welcome to this daily yoga flow - a full body yoga practice for all levels to help you stay consistent.

In this practice we will move through:
Seated warm up - side bends, hip mobility, reverse tabletop, boat pose, wrist prep
Tabletop sequence to build heat - cat/cow, modified side plank side stretch, elbow to knee ab work, puppy pose, sphinx
Standing sequence - Down dog, Runners lunge, twisted lunges, forward fold
Seated sequence to warm down - Seated twists, forward folds and hip openers, neck release and breathwork to finish.
