Be Careful When You Ask "Why"

There are two types of people. The people who ask "why" because they want to attack your idea or put you down. The people who as "why" to truly understand. For those of us who really want to understand, we need to think about how we are asking the Why. Others may be thinking that we are asking why in order to attack them.
