One Nation Under God | Dr. Sandra G. Kennedy

It is time to look at our Nation and ourselves in the light of God's Mercy and Amazing Grace towards America and its citizens. This Nation was born under God, to work with God to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. History bears clear witness that the early American leaders and preachers expected and encouraged worship of the God of the Bible as a vital part of the life of this Nation; and warned of the dire consequences that would come upon the United States if we failed to worship and obey God. We are reminded in Acts 17, that the only effect of any change in our Nation must come from the prayers of the Church – that means you and me. Let us not forget why we are here!
