DOJ to start sharing Epstein files with Congress on Friday

House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) said the Justice Department will begin sharing documents related to its Jeffrey Epstein investigation with Congress on Friday, though the DOJ requested more time to provide all records.

The committee has subpoenaed former officials, including Bill and Hillary Clinton and ex-FBI director James Comey, as part of its probe.

The investigation continues despite GOP efforts, including President Trump’s, to downplay the issue, and congressional leaders are pushing for transparency and potential declassification of Epstein-related files, Axios has reported.
