Occam’s Razor Gardening, Cooking & Canning Ep 9

Welcome. A nice 17 C this morning with rain scheduled all day, which started last night. Too little too late for the farmer’s crops, but a welcome relief for our plants.

The five zucchinis picked this morning have been canned with the others accumulated since the last canning, providing 7 500ml jars, mostly using banana peppers for the spicy dill pickled zucchinis.

The front box is looking grand, and Butch has been propped up away from the wall after getting a little top heavy. Still wondering if the second Pumpkin plant will make it.
