Newport police have released bodycam footage showing the arrest of Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan and a companion in Rhode Island. Officers responded to a call from a local restaurant reporting an “unwanted party.” Flanagan was charged with willful trespass, while her friend faces multiple charges, including disorderly conduct, willful trespass, and resisting arrest.
