This analysis considers Candace Owens’ allegation, based on “years of research” by “investigative journalist” Xavier Poussard, that Brigitte Macron, the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady of France, is a man. Because it apparently takes journalists “years of research” to figure out a person’s sex.

The case is so sensational, and Owens has so little access to information, that it gives to question if she was not naively tipped by an agent to destroy her career. To obtain a passport—which the First Lady of France surely has—requires a birth certificate indicating her sex at birth. However, this evidence means nothing apparently to the lawyers, politicians and journalists who raised and sustain the controversy, showing only that these professions are failures compared to science, which Candace called a “pagan faith”; see bloodbath, “Candace Owens says Science is Pagan Faith” (3 Jul 2024) YouTube.

Owens claims to be fighting the “elites”. However, the so-called “elites” want people to be dumb and distracted. Certainly, this case does nothing to raise public intelligence or awareness of significant information. Quite the opposite. Moreover, Owens and her peers were never a threat to the so-called “Matrix”, but some of its greatest tools.

In her video response to the Macrons’ lawsuit, Owens merely admitted her malice (a key component to the lawsuit) by stating that it is “fun to do bad things” and “hood rat stuff”, even if it harms others. Why Brigitte’s sex is even a question—let alone a debate of such magnitude, lucre and stakes—raises many questions, like whether it is a purposeful distraction or the system is a total failure. The answer, obviously, is both.

Owens also seems to ignore that this is a presidential lawsuit. If an American court rules against the Macrons, it would impact America’s relationship to France. Owens is also unlikely to encounter a sympathetic judge or jury in Delaware: a strongly blue state. Judges and juries are not objective either. They are not scientists and do not use scientific methods. Rather, they use their power to do whatever they want or (if loyal) serve the people who elect them or the politicians who appoint them on legal pretexts.

The Macrons most likely initiated the lawsuit with inside knowledge that they would win, since failure is not an option. Defamation in common law carries a reverse onus, meaning Candace is presumed to be liable for defamation unless she produces “clear and convincing evidence” to the contrary, which she has not. Even if she did, the plaintiff would only have to convince the judge that Brigitte is “more likely than not” a woman, which the judge can take on judicial notice without evidence. They don’t even have to prove she is a woman. Since any judge or jury in Delaware probably already believe Brigitte is a woman, as most people do, the Macrons may win on a motion for summary judgment. In that case, Candace and her multimillionaire husband may have to pay the Macrons much of their fortune, like Alex Jones to the Sandy Hook victims, without even batting in court.

Like Nicholas Fuentes and the Tate brothers, Owens built her career by serving Zionists and white supremacists. Basically, when they saw Shekels, they bowed to their masters and attacked their enemies. Then, when they saw shackles and fell under Zionist crosshairs, they cursed ‘the Jews’ and Israel, hoping that the same anti-Zionists they attacked would support them, and trying to make it seem like they were targeted for their principled opposition to the Palestinian genocide they supported, not for falling out with their Zionist masters.
