US Army Service

Provided Army Material Command with new and innovative strategy for the management of the organization after major budget cuts (10% plus). Created electronic technical manuals for all Military Equipment.

Department of Defense Highly Qualified Expert (Senior Executive Service Equivalent)

1. Expertise in Logistics, Military Finance, Major Systems Analyst, Change Management, Risk Management and Business Process Re-engineering.

2. Senior advisor for two major Army IT projects (ERP) with $1.0 BN annual expenditure.

3. Conducted Risk and Deployment assessments of four major IT innovations involving both Air Force and Army Logistics and Financial operations. Assessment of AF Logistics System resulted in it being cancelled after two years of expenditure.

4. Developed the Department of Defense 15 end to end Business Processes and introduced them across the Department.

Senior Analyst/ Consultant

1. Author of the document which resulted in the creation of the Installation Management Command for the Army. Participated in writing change management plans for the US Army staff. Completed a revised Army Budget process and briefed to Army staff (not approved).

2. Developed process for the outsourcing and privatization of US Army and AF processes.
