NINJA GAIDEN 4 - Story And Gameplay Trailer - Gamescom 2025

If you didn’t already know, PlatinumGames and Team NINJA are working on the next installment in the NINJA GAIDEN series, called simply NINJA GAIDEN 4. The newest trailer was shown at Gamescom 2025, and shows off a lot of combat, but also touches on the story, which will focus on two difference clans: the Hayabusa and Raven clans. Players will share time playing as Ryu Hayabusa, the iconic protagonist of the series since its inception, and newcomer Yakumo from the Raven Clan. Each will have his own individual weapon and combat abilities as they try to free Tokyo from the curse of the Dark Dragon.

NINJA GAIDEN 4 will release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on October 20, 2025.
