Head: Black with a Red Band

Here is the latest Carrie Stevens stream and it is the Shang's Favorite. The gentleman who got Carrie Steven's into tying flies was Charles E. Wheeler (Shang). Shang was a client of Carrie's husband, Wallace who was a guide in the Rangeley region. She tied three patterns to pay respects to him and the Shang's Favorite was one of them. --Enjoy
