These chicken lettuce wraps are healthy and super simple to make! Ground chicken is cooked in a flavorful sauce and wrapped with crispy lettuce. Not only is it delicious but it’s ready in a pinch!

Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Lettuce leaves
Optional - chili garlic sauce or Sriracha for serving

Directions
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or brown sugar and garlic together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and add ground chicken. Cook until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the sauce. Continue to cook until most of the liquid has been evaporated, about 3 minutes.
Add water chestnuts and green onions and cook for another minute.
Serve over lettuce leaves and top with chili garlic sauce or Sriracha if desired.
