AG Letitia James & Judge Engoron Are LIARS and Were Engaged In Prosecutorial Misconduct

A New York appeals court has tossed out the half-billion-dollar civil fraud judgment against President Donald Trump, his family, and his company. In a 323-page decision, all five appellate judges unanimously vacated the penalty.

The ruling fuels calls for Attorney General Letitia James, Judge Arthur Engoron, DA Alvin Bragg, and Judge Juan Merchan to face accountability for prosecutorial misconduct, violations of Trump’s civil rights, and a conspiracy to deny those rights.
