KSP CIRT interview of BGPD Officer Tyler West

BGPD Officer Tyler West was the third officer to watch Benjamin Estrada at LifeSkills as they waited for the sheriff's office to arrive for transport. Officer Whitson arrived to relieve him and Estrada became combative towards the two officers. Estrada took one of the officer's guns and shot both officers before one of the officers returned fire to stop Estrada.
