I want to hear your thoughts — did Sai’s kick actually surpass Prime Garp? Back in his prime, Garp had to destroy eight mountains just to build the strength to rival Don Chinjao’s drill. But in Dressrosa, Sai bent that same drill with nothing but his Haki and Hasshoken technique. And after inheriting the Eight Impact Fist, Sai might have gone beyond even Garp’s legendary power.
