Walmart Vs Costco Turnover

Video 589 Walmart had over a 70 percent annual employee turnover and Costcos annual employee turnover is under 7 percent. With only three dollars more on average an hour at Costco, why is there such a gigantic difference? It has to be how people are treated, the benefits, the schedule flexibility, and most importantly, the culture. Easy fix if they cared to do so, but they haven’t, so they don’t, and they won’t.
