RETURN TO SELF - Tarot with Titania - Aug. 22 to 29, 2025

This week's reading is coming from the road, so I am pulling one card to capture the energy of the coming week.

The 4 of Swords: Seclusion

Swords are the suit of air and relate to ideas and action. The 4 of Swords invites us to deliberately pull our energy home: gathering up all aspects of Self so we are deeply present and whole within before we respond to the outer world. A regular mindfulness practice and intentional connection with Nature help us to hold this centered, grounded state.

This week, lean into taking time for yourself. Get out into nature with shoes off and appreciate generous Mother Earth, who continues to hold us as we transition to new frequencies/possibilities together.
