Conventional Dead Lift

Here we have a conventional dead lift. This is not meant for everyone. Meaning your structure or orthopedic profile may not allow for this position. Adjustments can be made to help your structure so there is more benefit than risk. My goal with weight is to be strong enough to pick up my dogs. I do not have small dogs. They weigh around 85-95 pounds. For me this is lifting heavy. For others, it may not be. We all have a preference when it comes to lifting weights. If you are a beginner. You are not starting here but this will help you see what my good form looks like. Keep in mind your structure may not accommodate for this lift. This is where a skilled coach comes in. Please reach out if you need help. We can do this over zoom or in person if you live close. www.vitalityforlifebychristi.com
