Standing BB Bicep Curls
Sometimes it's just fun and good to do standing bicep curls. This bar is 35 pounds. There are usually barbells at gyms that are all sorts of weights that you can use. All sorts of ways to change this simple move up. Glutes, abs and upper back are all involved for stability. Avoid going so heavy you start swinging, going into back extensions or over using your shoulders because you chose a weight that was too heavy.
Make sure you straighten out fully at the elbow. If any of the previous compensations happens. Your weight is too heavy. Just back off a little to build strength. You do not need to accelerate joint problems just for a heavy weight. This is for the long haul.
