Thank you for joining me in this joyful meditation.
Let’s work together to unearth the joy within you.

If you like, you can close your eyes. Breathe deep, expanding your lungs and your belly as far as you can. Hold for a count of 2. Now exhale gently.
Relax the muscles around your eyes.
Remember: your mind is your refuge. Find joy in your mind, your refuge, no matter where you are.
What positive sensations are you aware of right now? Can you find a reason to smile? Think of a beautiful sunset, or a song that you love, a warm hug from a friend. Ease into that positive memory.
