Foods to Increase Hemoglobin
To naturally improve hemoglobin levels, include iron-rich foods such as spinach, beetroot, lentils, beans, black gram, raisins, dates, and figs. Add vitamin C sources like oranges, pomegranate, lemon, and tomatoes to boost iron absorption. Folate-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, peanuts, and peas are also important. For vitamin B12, include milk, yogurt, eggs, fish, and chicken. Avoid drinking tea or coffee immediately after meals, as they reduce iron absorption. A daily diet with green vegetables, fruits, and seeds can effectively raise hemoglobin levels.
