James Eagan Holmes: PTK, DARPA, MKULTRA connections

On July 20, 2012, a mass shooting took place in a movie theatre in Aurora, Colorado, leaving 12 dead and 58 injured. The alleged shooter is a man named James Holmes, who was arrested without incident behind the theatre, where he was found sitting in his car. There is a loaded 40 mm Glock on the seat beside him, but he appears ‘meek’ and non-threatening.

As background, James Holmes was a neuroscience PhD student at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. He received a red carpet $21,600 grant from the National Institutes of Health. He was intimately involved with DARPA and the study of “subjective experience” and “temporal order judgment reversal,” also known as time illusion. He talks about psychic driving during a 2006 science presentation, which was Dr. Ewan Cameron's technique.
