Jonathan Fahey on Bolton’s FBI Home Raid: A Judge in Maryland, Who Isn’t Trump-Friendly, ‘Issued This Warrant’

Ingraham: “President Trump was asked about whether he got a heads up on this. He said I don’t ask about this. I don’t know anything about this. But, you know, clearly, that’s the narrative now from Democrats that this is Republican weaponization. He called bolton a sleaze bag. Can’t stand John Bolton. He hates him. Dislikes him. Whose ox is being gored?”

FAHEY: “I think that’s sort of nonsense, President Trump actually answered that quite well. It’s like, yeah, there are lots of people that hate Trump they are not having their houses searched. Again, a judge in Maryland, which isn’t exactly conservative or Trump-friendly in terms of judges or anything else, issued this warrant so that judge must have looked at what was submitted and found that there is probable cause that there is evidence of a crime in his home or they wouldn’t have issued that warrant. So, you know, again, I don’t think it’s really fair to jump to that conclusion right now. And, again, we don’t know what will amount to this. But, of course, that’s what everyone is going to say, it’s weaponization. But, of course, everything against Donald Trump all fell apart with it just the lightest judicial scrutiny at higher level. It’s hard to really, you know, attack Trump on this when is he really more of a victim.”
