CARNEY TRIES TO TAKE CREDIT FOR USMCA DEAL SIGNED IN THE 80'S AND 80'S

After failing to secure a trade deal with the United States and retracting the retaliatory tariffs he placed in response to President Trump, Prime Minister Carney has gone on to say that he is responsible for the current CUSMA trade deal.

That deal was negotiated in the 80's and 90's and Carney had absolutely nothing to do with it.
