Cartels installed streaming vids all over Cali - watching everyone. LA now acting?

This is really crazy, this man has been tasked by the city of Los Angeles to remove professional streaming cameras being put all over downtown LA, many are speculating by the cartel

The professional streaming cameras have the right attachments that tap into the power supply on street lights throughout LA

“They really did a good job. It looks real professional. Like, they have routers, signal repeaters, and they have two cameras mounted here. It's pretty crazy.
