“What if I told you the pandemic was just an experiment?”

Between psychological research experiments such as The Asch Conformity Experiments, The Milgram Obedience Experiments and the Stanford Prison Experiments; it is well known how to manipulate humans into a compliance state.

Thomas Massie (R-KY) introduced the PREP Repeal Act (HR 4388) on July 15, 2025, to fully repeal the liability shields and compensation fund provisions under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act. The bill aims to restore civil remedy rights under federal and state law for individuals harmed by pandemic-related products, ensuring applicability to current and future lawsuits, including pending appeals, and rescinds unused federal funds set aside for PREP Act-related injury claims.
