Bins left at cemetery gates & dead rat today

Yesterday I dived deep into birmingham bins, rats and disease spread.
This morning there's a dead rat at the chapel and bin bags dumped by cemetery gates. I've not seen either in the years I worked here.

And
Cause rage disorder as a symptom or feeling demonicly possessed, fearless of death, wanting sex
