Fletcher Prouty Hijacks Steve Weiss Video

I set out to make a video about Steve Weiss, but as sometimes happens, my video was hijacked in production. In interviews, which is the only way I know Prouty, he seems to exude the "deceiver's delight" thing, although he seems to be a very intelligent and capable man.
