God Calls You By Name

When I have struggles in life, I tend to consentrate on what I should do to better my situation, instead of trusting in God. I want to find a wordly and spiritual solution to whatever problem I am facing. I am always looking for the answer to live a blessed, and trouble free life. I have been realizing lately, that there isn't anything I can do to make that happen. The solution is having faith that God cares about me, and trust in him to guide me. That is a very hard thing for me to do, because I am always willing to do whatever work it takes to better my situation, but sometimes we have to just lay our burdens down, and trust in him. This world we live in now has made us forget about the supernatural power of God, and forget the true faith that people used to have like the founding fathers that traveled into unknown lands, or Paul that traveled across the seas to do what God told him to do. I hope one day I can harness that faith.
