Officials say the undocumented truckdriver accused of causing a deadly crashin Fort Pierce, Florida, that killed threepeople had previously failed English androad sign tests. The driver, HarjinderSingh, entered the U.S. illegally through theSouthern border in 2018 but later obtaineda commercial driver's license in California.The suspect appeared in court on Tuesdayand has been charged.
