I have been saying for years it was created by the NSA.
1. It is in their wheelhouse. They created SHA 256 encryption after all. 2. There is NO WAY Sathoshi is not a well published software architect. If he was one person, any LLM can tell you who he is from all his emails that people have, or from just analysing his white paper. Why hasn't this been done? Because he is 5 people or so, and I am guessing from the NSA. This was a skunkworks project that got out of the lab, so to speak. It solves the deficit and keeps the dollar in control assuming the US owns the most BTC.

My understanding is that because you actually have to live in the US and have a bank account to mint USDM...then that bank can do whatever it wants to with your USDM...including forfeiture and confiscation should they deem it necessary...am I wrong? I believe that the only stablecoins that crypto people should be invested in are algorithmic ones like Djed and IUSD...because they are the true crypto stablecoins...ie not instruments of financial control.

They can create their CBDC lookalike all they want but as long as we have deflationary option (which they need to host their stablecoins) we will continue being the bet against inflation. They will continue inflating because that's where they get their power, and the more they inflate the better for deflationary coins = less people will trust their scam.
