The amount of neurological damage that can be done by these still hidden and classified weapons platforms is off the charts.

Some people (like Dr. Robert Duncan) say they are far worse than Nuclear Weapons. Dr. Duncan says that they actually DESTROY the mind they are being used on.

I myself, (Bradley) am suffering every single day 24/7 from Micro-Wave Energy Weapons (Directed Energy Weapons) which are being used on my home and are causing many physical / neurological problems for me.

Isn't the "Contract" between the American people and the American military a contract of PROTECTION instead of a contract of abuse, torture, and subjugation?

If the "Contract" has been breached - then the American Military has committed FRAUD - and FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING!

This would mean that the American Military is no longer our military but has become a:

PAID FORCE OF MERCENARIES FOR HIRE THAT HAVE SOLD OUT "WE THE PEOPLE" TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER !!!
