Larry Silverstein has the plans for the new WTC7 in April 2000?!

THIS VIDEO IS HARD TO GET WITH THE AUDIO... I seen it years ago before JEWTUBE delisted it. IThe CLOSED CAPTIONS appears to be correct not sure what happened to the sound. I believe it was recorded in israel where Silverstien to speak freely about the plans.
