Long Fast #1 - Day 43 - 3rd January 2023

In November 2022, I began a journey that would change everything. I didn’t eat for 89 days, and what unfolded has forever transformed my life.

Being a previously very private person, I didn’t start sharing my journey until day 41. But I received a strong nudge from spirit to open up and let others witness the process. So I did - around the day 41 mark, I began to share.
