This is just a small amount of what has come out of me. Parasites are a symptom of a bigger issue.. that our body is a filthy cesspit. The are opportunistic scavengers. Treating parasites without addressing the reason “why” they are there in the first place is like pissing in the wind when it comes to healing. Fasting and detoxification with a focus on removing internal waste and obstructions is the only solution.

DAY 54 UPDATE - 14th January 2023 I’ve had a lot of questions pop up about whether or not the mucoid plaque/rope worm is actually just hardened psyllium mixture. To put it simply, it is not. I expel the plaque most of the time separately (but not exclusively) from the psyllium mixture. Usually I will expel the mucoid plaque in the morning; I then consume the psyllium mixture as a part of my morning fast protocol, which is then later expelled in the afternoon (sometimes with a bit more plaque and whatever else it manages to dredge out). The amount of waste that comes out of me does not equate to how much product I am taking. Only those who have not walked the path with long fasting will cast stones of doubt and uncertainty!
