Trump: It Looks Like Biden's Pardons Are Worthless

"I assume we're looking at the whole autopen scandal because the person that ran it said he spoke to him briefly twice about nothing. That means that all those pardons that he gave to some very bad people .... It looks to me as if those pardons are worthless."
