I underestimated the difference this would make on targeting my cheat for dips. Be warned, this version does definitely require significant core strength (specifically lower abs). You can try practicing these with a band on the knees for assistance or on a pull-up machine with an assistance knee pad. Make sure to flare elbows out and press the bars inward the whole time to induce shoulder adduction for the pecs. Go as deep as you can without pain and gradually go deeper over time for best results. Like and follow for more.
