Being able to push yourself up is so HUGE!!! Dips can be adjusted for your strength ability. Don't have a bench, you can do this from the floor. There are other options but the floor is the safest. Want to make it harder? I have posted a harder option. Make sure you lift and open your chest, draw the belly in and stay close to the bench. You can take your feet farther away, don't get your body too far away from the bench. You can end up hurting yourself which defeats the purpose. Be smart!
