Trump and Lutnick Are Wrong About 600,000 Chinese Students

If Howard Lutnick argued that President Trump is using the promised 600,000 Chinese college students as a bargaining chip for a trade deal, it wouldn't be great but at least it would make some sense. Instead, Lutnick said we need the Chinese students so there wouldn't be a shift in higher education that could put the bottom 15% of schools out of business.

Bad argument.
